MARKETING MONEY

EARN IT

Agents can earn Marketing Money to be used for personal promotion for each increment of $7,500 of company dollar made (net commission to LAH) per the following:

 

Jan. - July Earning Tiers

$100.00 for the initial $7,500

$150.00 for the 2nd $7,500

$200.00 for the 3rd $7,500

$250.00 for the 4th $7,500

$300 for the 5th $7,500​

for a total of $1,000

Aug. - Dec. Earning Tiers

$100.00 for the initial $7,500

$150.00 for the 2nd $7,500

$200.00 for the 3rd $7,500

$250.00 for the 4th $7,500

$300 for the 5th $7,500​

for a total of $1,000

SPEND IT

Marketing Money is to be used for personal promotion; the correct LAH Sotheby's International Realty logo must appear on each marketing piece. The intent of the program is to encourage you to market yourselves and LAH SIR to the general public.

All marketing pieces must be ordered through the LAH SIR Marketing Department or through Xpressdocs. If the approved items are not available through the LAH SIR Marketing Department, then all receipts for reimbursement must be submitted to the LAH SIR Marketing Department; otherwise, the expense will be borne by the agent. The broker/sales manager must also give approval of any expenditures outside the LAH SIR Marketing Department; otherwise, the expense will be borne by the agent. Any expenditures on personal promotions and property advertising made without broker/sales manager approval and/or LAH SIR Marketing Department involvement will be borne by the agent.

IT EXPIRES

Marketing Money expires twice a year. The Marketing Money tiers can be earned from January through July and will expire on August 31st. The tiers start over August 1st and can be earned again from August through December, with a January 31st expiration date. If an expiration date falls on a weekend, the money will expire on the last workday before the listed expiration date.

EXCEPTIONS

Marketing Money cannot be used for yard signs or directionals.

Marketing Payment Policy

You will be invoiced via email for any printed products, postage, promotional items, shipping and shop items. You can either use marketing money or pay by check, cash or card. Card payments will have a processing fee which is itemized as taxes and fees on your invoice. You will have 30 days to pay each invoice. Any and all overdue balances will be required to be paid before moving forward with any new marketing material(s). Overdue balances in excess of 30 days past due will be taken out of your next closing unless otherwise specified. For orders over $300, a 50% deposit will be due prior to starting production. For orders over $500, a 50% deposit will be due prior to starting production along with written approval from the agent's broker.
