Marketing Payment Policy
You will be invoiced via email for any printed products, postage, promotional items, shipping and shop items. You can either use marketing money or pay by check, cash or card. Card payments will have a processing fee which is itemized as taxes and fees on your invoice. You will have 30 days to pay each invoice. Any and all overdue balances will be required to be paid before moving forward with any new marketing material(s). Overdue balances in excess of 30 days past due will be taken out of your next closing unless otherwise specified. For orders over $300, a 50% deposit will be due prior to starting production. For orders over $500, a 50% deposit will be due prior to starting production along with written approval from the agent's broker.
